Shared Ownership is a great affordable way of getting on the property ladder, but it isn’t always the easiest thing to explain to your audience. Cast was commissioned by Gecko to do just that, using the medium of film. And what better way to explain the concept of Shared Ownership than through the analogy of a pie, paying by the slice? The rationale behind our approach was sheer simplicity. There are so many examples of similar explainer films, but they’re always over-explained, so a slice of the pie had to be the answer. What’s more, the film was released by Gecko during National Pie Week. What’s not to like?
