Marketing agency Cast, the driving force behind The NSG, has been busy developing a new innovative website for the housing sales and marketing brand, which has increased its membership by over 250% in the last 12 months.
The new site, which has been in the planning since January, includes a fully automated customer experience, powered by an innovative content management system. But what does this mean for its members?
Well, once they’ve signed in to the new site, they’ll be able to access an ‘only’ members area completely tailored to them. This includes the ability to browse and comment on specific forum activity of their choosing, together with building a personal profile based on access to learning modules, key industry reports, training and mentoring. Of course, members will also be able to book onto regular seminars and events, many of them free of charge to registered users.
Seminars include the very popular, monthly ‘Conversation with Homes England’ hosted by The NSG, where members are invited to ‘virtually’ attend a forum to discuss issues or arising changes within government affecting the delivery of Shared Ownership.
NSG Housing Labs are free to attend, regional ‘in person’ events aimed to educate, inform and influence both new and seasoned housing professionals at regional level. Key speakers share their knowledge and top tips related to improving Shared Ownership sales and marketing techniques. Housing Labs planned for 2024 include Manchester and Birmingham.
Finally, the calendar culminates with the not-to-be-missed 2024 NSG National Conference, held once again at the American Square Conference Centre on 18 October.
